can do a lot to help yourself and just by doing simple things.
Have a look to see what is available in your area and
start looking at things to do with mind body and spirit. If
all three are in balance you will be in balance and feel happier.
Give to yourself what you would give a child.
Care for all areas of your well-being. Be kind to yourself
and you will start to bloom. For example you could have
a relaxing massage as a treat once a month or even just a
pedicure or reflexology which will help relax you after rushing
around in your busy day. Change your hair-style and
give youself a new look. Or most importantly clear your
clutter. If it all seems too much make a plan to do
one draw or cupboard a day. It will soon get done without
overwhelming you.
