Right now we
need your help to make aesthetic beauty treatments safer. If
you’re not sure what aesthetic beauty treatments are
(as I didn’t) they are any injectables, such as botox
restalyne, dermal fillers such as Sculptra and laser
treatments.
Currently
the beauty industry regulates itself, and what we are
striving to achieve, with the help of Nigel Evans MP,
is to create a regulating body that has the power to
fine or penalise negligent practitioners. Nobody
at present is looking after the consumer and as we finance
the industry we should have a voice.
Looking
Gorgeous is seeking to become the consumer champion
of the beauty industry. We owe it to ourselves
and our children to make this work.
